We strive to be a Glazer’s that appeals to and attracts a diverse set of potential employees. We are focused on identifying core colleges, universities and other resources from which to attract the diverse talent we need to meet and exceed our business objectives. We will leverage these relationships across the markets where we conduct business, with the expectation of growing within the communities we serve.
Leadership Training and Career Development
Our goal is to ensure the successful growth and development of all employees through our training, development, engagement and succession planning efforts. To that end, we are committed to providing diversity and inclusion training to all of our managers to reinforce the importance of our differences when managing people and teams.
Multicultural Marketing
A diverse cross-section of people enjoy the products we sell. Our marketing should reflect the tapestry of our consumer-base. Working with our suppliers and retailers, we will develop promotional materials that mirror the broad appeal of our products to people of all ethnicity, race, gender, sexual preference and gender identity.
